1. We had similar problems making reservations as a few other reviewers had reported, but had to stay here for a conference I attended.

2. I'll preface this review by stating that I realize we chose one of the busiest times of the year (April 5-8) to stay here, and that most of the problems we encountered were due to housekeeping and not the front desk staff.
