4. stayed here for 10 days over the xmas and new year with family and the hotel seems to have let slip a bit since last time we stayed, first off we requested pool view room we got a room that was looking into a big tree could see nothing only the tree, moved to 9th floor room wasnt cleaned or hovered after previous guests, moved again to 4th floor room great, 5 days into new room we left a pizza box on counter from night before and woke to find it swarming in ants all marching in and out under the door, rang reception and they said they would send someone up never came, rang again and they said it was not possible to get a contractor today as it was a holiday,myself and my family never had a complaint to make about this hotel any other year we stayed, but how things have changed.
