1. The confernence facilities were decent, though we had AV issues the hotel wouldn't help fix because the sponsor had outsourced these services.

4. One issue is the thermostats in the room are locked at 68 degrees will no go lower unless they were unlocked, that was a little rude.

5. The room is not dated, it was resort pleasant, room was comfortable, no issues with furniture or bed.

6. The room was clean- - both of my children suffer from asthmatic/allergy related issues and I had told the staff this when I booked, and so they provided us with a hypo-allergenic room equipped with HEPA filtration.
