4. It was funny to get comments from the staff that I was enter the wrong side with my buddy ( we 25 and 24 ) I had my far shares of 5 stars hotels around the world and this place is something I will remember.

5. 30 minutes to check us in without any excuse, 4 staff were talking and just doing nothing- Towles at the pool were out at 10 am (Remember, 5 Stars, 310 Dollar per night, unbelievable)- The whole hotel made the impression that best days are over and its only used as a cash cow without any futher investment- I wanted to talk to the management because of the problems we were faced with, not possible, they wanted to get in touch with me via email still waiting for an answerDont get me wrong its a good place to stay and the pool is amazing but if you are used to great service dontexpect too much.

6. The food was also quite atrocious: rubber omelettes, odd-tasting juice, cold bacon, etc, and they charged us for the wrong meals and brought us menu items we didn't order.

9. Not sure why this hotel is ranked so highly on trip adviser, all I can figure is that we stayed at the wrong Viceroy for $300 per night.

10. The front desk workers were friendly, but no one helped us to our room or even showed us which bank of elevators to select, and given the confusing, counter intuitive lobby, we ended up at the wrong set of elevators for a different tower (no signage at all).
