4. I had to speak with her supervisor to get me issue resolved, after the Hotel put another $300 hold on my credit card after I had checked out.

6. Only two issues:One thing to note regarding this hotel is that it's right on Brickell Ave, which can be a busy route (3 lanes each way).

7. After that we discovered additional cleanliness issues, the most annoying one being that the carpet had patches with lots of sand on it.

8. I took the time to fill out the survey they emailed after my stay detailing all of the issues and never heard from them.

9. Traffic can be an issue for those with light sleep and the closeness to the draw bridge does not help as you constantly hear the 'clap' from the tires hitting the joints of the bridge.
