1. Hotel did offer to credit it back to us, but if you're relying on internet service, it could be a problem -- particularly for folks trying to do business.

3. We were told by the desk that an engineer would be up to check the problem, but that was a lie, as we were later told there is a well known problem with the hot water whenever the hotel is at a high occupancy.

6. I don't have a problem treating myself and putting down money for quality, But this was pathetic and disappointing.

8. 30 minutes to check us in without any excuse, 4 staff were talking and just doing nothing- Towles at the pool were out at 10 am (Remember, 5 Stars, 310 Dollar per night, unbelievable)- The whole hotel made the impression that best days are over and its only used as a cash cow without any futher investment- I wanted to talk to the management because of the problems we were faced with, not possible, they wanted to get in touch with me via email still waiting for an answerDont get me wrong its a good place to stay and the pool is amazing but if you are used to great service dontexpect too much.
