1. The ONLY complaints I have are about the room keys not working on the elevator and the rudeness of a certain male housekeeper.

3. At the request of the front desk manager, I lodged a complaint with the hotel's security team related to an allergic reaction that I believe was caused by MSG or another flavour additive in the room service food on Friday night (tagliatelle bolognese).
