2. Only 2 short blocks from beach and 1 mile from main part of South Beach so room not that much of an issue since we didn't spend much time there.

6. Aside from the noise issue (I would suggest that the hotel consider replacing doors with thicker / heavier wood and better insulation) I thought the hotel was a very good value.

8. I've been told that they were working on the laundry issue, but because of the historical nature of the property it takes more time to do the architectural work and get permits for works that may alter the historical architecture of theplace).
