3. There was mold on the shower tiles, the tile floor was original and looked filthy, (perhaps 50 years of ground in dirt just couldn't be cleaned any longer)? The most annoying aspect of the room was that the room above us was using their A/C unit, which was located in the same position as ours.

4. I found the room key which was attached to a one-foot long rubber alligator to be annoying; it's an art deco touch I could have done without.

6. The only annoying thing is air conditioning: old, self standing devices in your room, taht is pretty noisy: but you can switch them off .
