5. I use the plural, because we had to move to another room, after we complained about some very loud guests that were having a party in their room something close to 4 am (we discovered that there very like 10 people staying in the same room, which the hotel allowed).

7. When complained about that, we have been told by the Manager (kind and helpful person) that they had no spare keys and as we leaving the room did not leave the keys at the front desk, they couldn't get in the room to make it.
