1. The room had hard wood floors, a king bed which was very comfortable, a small desk/chair, TV and a deco style chair in the corner.

After reading the negative, but level minded review, I interviewed my favorite person there, Francisco, and he told me about how the global credit crisis and real estate market conditions stopped the hotel from executing a series of multimillion dollar major construction and improvement works intended to blend this historical, intimate architectural jewel with state of the art facilities and luxury, while addressing the feedback from the most hard to please guests; close to a 5 star hotel in miniature.

10. The hotel sells parking tickets for $6/daily--you can park on the street (sometimes hard to find close spots), or in the large public lot a few streets over with these tickets.
