2. There was mold on the shower tiles, the tile floor was original and looked filthy, (perhaps 50 years of ground in dirt just couldn't be cleaned any longer)? The most annoying aspect of the room was that the room above us was using their A/C unit, which was located in the same position as ours.

4. My bathtub would not drain water properly and filled up with dirt, hair, and brown water when they tried to unclog the pipes next to my room.
