2. And pool is terrible small and dirty, there was controller and shut pool 2x, so I think overall problem is in the management of the hotel.

In addition, things that were not technically 'broken' but would have been nice to have done better: the emitted a terrible squeal, making conversation in the living room difficult when it was operating; the coffee pot is way to small for more than one guest; the TV remote in bedroom #2 has only channel and volume up/down, no numbers to go directly to channels, etc.

8. the only reason i didnt rate the hotel terrible was because of the extremely friendly staff and great service and the fact that having a bedroom and living room was very convenient.
