5. Also, Collins Ave is a very busy street, so even up on the 22nd floor balcony, traffic noise is heard along with surf sounds.

7. Unfortunately, some idiot kids decided to have a party on the beach later that night, and for 2 hours, I got to hear these idiots hoop and hollar - no one's fault - noise just really carries at the beach.

10. Make sure you request a high floor on the north side to avoid the construction noise (they start promptly at 7am).
