1. The first room we had did not have a balcony, windows would not open up, and room was dreary and drapes were broke.

2. The views from the balconies were very nice and did I mention how much I liked the big rooms? We did have one minor occurance, the lock on the bathroom door to the master bedroom broke and my husband was locked in for a short while.

The following were problems with our room: door lock broke after first use; fridge didn't work; light bulb missing in a lamp; ants in the kitchenette; room safe not set properly for new guests; alarm clock off 1-hr, no way for guest to re-set; toilet paper holder in restroom ripped out of the wall upon arrival; no remote for TV in one bedroom.
