1. Front desk folks were nice, had an issue with parking fees because I returned my car on the 2nd day there and they charged me for all 4 days, it was an easy fix that they did within minutes.

3. I would suggest this hotel to friends because it was a nice hotel (but with very small rooms) although we had several issues during our stay.

7. The desk attendant sent a maintainance person as well as housekeeping who both seem unsurprised by the issue.

9. It is obvious to me that this hotel, and other reviews, are based on individual perceptions or quality and other issues so it helps to try to 'sift' through these based on one's own expectations and requirements.

10. Yes, it's fine to send someone to fix the toilet twice, bring you bedding etc - but on vacation you want to enjoy yourself, not spend time sorting out issues the hotel staff should have taken care of.
