6. When we complained we were told the hotel is sold out for the night but they will do something tomorrow - now I know that what they can do is putting your complaint into their PCs (for further quality trainings I suppose) but that is all that they do - no action at all.

7. we spent a week in a 2 bedroom suite and while you can certainly find things to complain about we were mostly happy.

8. While waiting in line to get our key re-activated, (a long wait since there was only one person manning the desk), we heard several disgruntled guests complaining about 30 minute waits to check out, a two day wait to get a bed fixed, no towels at the pool/beach, an abscence of leadership.

9. I found it as I was settling in for some sleep before my early flight out, and just switched beds in my room (two double beds) instead of calling and complaining.
