Also, the spa is clearly an afterthought, the facilities are not that nice and
poorly
stocked, and my husband and I both had massages that were pretty worthless.

The waitress seemed quite willing, but
poorly
trained - no chance to taste the wine, just poured huge glasses, asked my husband if he wanted dessert while I was still eating steak - little things, but you expect the basics to be right.
