Oh, and another thing - don't even bother to go before 3pm to check in - they will not check you in, or even start the process untill after 3pm - they will even look at their watches - so the lobby gets really full of people and bags - it's a bit ridiculous, as then there is a big que of angry people waiting to check into their rooms.

And loud- Being woke up at 8 am almost every morning by the staff chatting/yelling back and forth just outside your door was ridiculous or hearing the bottles being emptied into a recycling or garbage can early in the morning was all part of their hospitality or lack thereof-- THE only thing premium about this room was the price and the crap attitude of the employees.

7. That was too ridiculous to tolerate, and at this point she called over her 'manager,' who I gather was really some sort of assistant manager, who threatened us with some sort of unspecified negative consequences if we didn't pay for the drinks and berated us for thinking happy hour would be more than one hour.
