8. THIS HOTEL IS FULL OF DAMP, Im usually not one to complain but it was horrible the whole, hotel the hotel room was damp ridden.

9. I actually ended up having a conversation about how horrible everything was with the Vice President of South Beach Groups and she had a maintenance worker come to our room immediately to address all of our concerns but it wasn't enough.
