7. As I sat unpacked and ready to leave at any expense, I started looking around the room and noticed the filthy disgusting walls, drapes and a black mold infested bathroom and ran out the door to the lovely hotel down the block, The Hotel.

10. warning, all the drinks in southbeach are expensive (at the bars and the restaurants) I suggest u buy ur liquor at the liquor store on washington ave.
