1. I was celebrating my 21st birthday with my friends and was a little nervous after reading all of the bad reviews but when we got there we were surprised with how amazing it was.

4. I was initially distraught about having to stay another night in Miami due to bad weather conditions going to jamaica but Alex who works in the front desk hooked it up big time.

I've stayed at MANY of the hotels in South Beach and this one I would rate as average - its no where as bad as the reviews are stating and its right in the heart of SoBe - Wet Willies and News Cafe is literally around the corner from this hotel and of course the beach is across the street (Ocean Drive).

8. The door lock had been forced and badly repaired, so was difficult to open, the room, without shutters, was situated along a passage with tables and chairs and very loud Hip-hop music .
