3. THIRD, the 'sundeck' that they have on the roof top is nasty and surrounded by a wood fence(no view of South Beach).

4. I arrive and all i get was 'ID and visa card' said with a very sharp nasty tone, i felt like i was arrested and a cop was asking for 'id, driving license' anyway i try to remain cool and the guy warm up a bit and finally answered kindly to my answer but the first impression / NOT GOOD .

5. The hotel is detached from the main checkin, you have the drag your luggage down the front sidewalk to this narrow alley, and there they are, hotel rooms off this nasty little alley.

7. Forty five minutes later and after a very nasty exchange on both parts and being lied to by Francisco about there not being any other rooms or suites available at all a REAL manager was able to authorize us being moved to an Executive Suite.
