1. In our room the air conditioning was broken so it blasted out cold air all night, their was a black hair on one of the bathroom towels, a hair in the bathtub, the glue from the sticker was still in the bathtub but no one bothered to clean it well enough to get it off, the toliet was very hard to flush, the channel button did not work on the remote, we did not get the wake up call we requested, and their was no information in the room with hotel numbers and services, and what was the worst is that no one told us about the free happy hour and we missed it.
