1. I think the view of the beach that you see in the website photos are misleading, as they are only seen at one end of of the condo and from the very tiny balcony (think small cruise ship balcony).

2. Our view was of quite directly a building under construction (presumably it will look directly onto this building when it is done), had no natural light, was very tiny, and the bathroom had only one tub-sized shower (no tub) and no vanity at all (nowhere to place your stuff).
