1. Some families complained about the long codes we had to memorize to access the pool area, but really? This is not a big deal people, we are in Hawaii and that is all we have to remember.

8. Ok, so i was also disappointed about the spa closing RIGHT before we arrived and also the reastaurant BUT it really wasn't a BIG deal.

As others have mentioned, the company that owns the bar, restaurant and spa has gone out of business, so those were closed--no big deal since there are many other options very nearby (we're not really spa people anyway), including two grocery stores and a couple of great restaurants within easy walking distance.

10. It really isn't a big deal, though, because the pool is great, and there are lots of good beaches nearby (Lydgate State Beach was really good for us beginner snorklers because it is protected by large boulders that let fish in, but break the waves down).
