1. We never had an issue with lack of towels (as reported by some others).

2. The only small complaint is that the unit wasn't totally as clean as I'd expect, and that is again the only thing that I thought was lacking due to finding the sinks dirty in one of the bathrooms when we arrived.

5. Having returned home to Vancouver BC last week our travel agent advised that she never in all her years dealt with such horrible service and lack of response in a hotel She indicated that she will NOT recommend or suggest this hotel to anyone in the future and the same for us.
