1. On our final days here (which we cut short) the last straw for us was when the housekeeping staff put dirty dishes back into the cupboards and didn't make our bed (even after we had left a substantial tip) we went down to see the manager and he was of no help and barely looked like he was out of high school.

2. The only small complaint is that the unit wasn't totally as clean as I'd expect, and that is again the only thing that I thought was lacking due to finding the sinks dirty in one of the bathrooms when we arrived.
