5. I gave service a lower rating as since we rented the condo from a private owner the hotel didn't do much for us, they were a little rude when we asked where we should put our garbage and such.

6. Although we arrived 4 hours late and got to the hotel just before midnight and had to deal with a rather rude person at check-in who refused to assist us in any way, we were lucky to run into the security service that works at OWR.
