1. Don't get me wrong this isn't a 5 star hotel.

4. The head of housekeeping comes to my room and I show her all the different things wrong in the room , which on their own are not a big deal but put together there is no excuse.

We were very disappointed to discover that this "3-star" hotel didn't offer any room service; had no phone book (we had to request 1 & learned that their guest rooms normally don't have any); the air conditioner in our room was incredibly loud 24/7; our TV remote didn't work & we had to request a working 1; & our toilet constantly made a flushing noise because something was wrong with the ball.
