1. In addition our bed sheets were filthy & stained on arrival, and after 3 nights I finally had to put a card on our bed to ask housekeeping to change them.

4. Wedding venue was'nt clean floors were very dirty, the concrete floors need to be stained and would be easier to keep clean, A/c was'nt turned on early enough for the room to cool down and guests were uncomfortable.

7. Problem solved by just pulling the curtain back and letting it air out, but then, I shouldn't have to do that in a place like this, should I? Couple of mildewy areas on tiles, some small carpet stains.
