1. Starbucks coffee in the hotel: why can't Americans make a good coffee? Having lived in Sydney for the past 14 years, I find the coffee absolutely disgusting in the US, and this includes all the coffee at the hotel.

3. To add to the issues one of the bathrooms had not been cleaned from the last use (disgusting) and the bed linens hadn't been changed (we awoke with someone else's hair stuck on us).
