1. they had some very hard working and loyal people who tried to overcome the problems and it did work to a certain extent.

5. We had a group rate for the room so it was very reasonable, not sure what standard rates are but I would say the room and amenities are worthy of four stars and I would not have a problem paying $250-$300 per night on vacation.

8. When we stayed a few weeks ago, they had some sort of bee problem out by the pool, trash was overflowing at the pool each day, pool was murky and cloudy.

10. problem solved by just pulling the curtain back and letting it air out, but then, I shouldn't have to do that in a place like this, should I? Couple of mildewy areas on tiles, some small carpet stains.
