3. The only neg' is that the valet parking was over priced ($40 a day) due to the Jazz festival and there is no breakfast offered although there is a coffee shop with pastry on the ground floor.

4. The hotel could just work the 'resort fee' into the overall price and I would bet it would receive less negative feedback as that seems to be the rott of the comments on this site.

5. Only negative was a kitchen fire occurred during our stay which forced us to evacuate our rooms for a half hour, wouldn't have been a big deal but one of us was in the shower at the time.
