1. When we asked about it, we were told there had been some water damage on other floors and we could possibly change to a Queen room the next day.

2. 00 car was left on the side of the road in front of the hotel for 6 hours after the Valet had my keys--ALSO when we checked out 3 days later i come to find out that my car had been damaged while in their care I was informed that they were not responsible for any damages even though there is a $7.
