1. We had no window, the carpet was so dirty it turned the bottom of my feet black, the bathroom had no counterspace and there was barley room for the door to shut due to the toilet.

2. The cons: The carpet was quite worn and dirty and the room pretty noisy due to the street cars and traffic, however, the noise did not bother us at all but I could see it bothering some.
