Why should we pay for their
mistake
? By now we must've been in the lobby for over 3 hours and Laurie constantly lied, tried to blame Jessica, gave us the Regional Director's name and number, and told us of her 20 years of hotel experience.

Why should we pay for their
mistake
? Then she says she has 4, 6 or 7 rooms with Queen sized beds in them (the number of rooms was a moving target).

After pointing out the
mistake
, the bartender (one of three, not even the one who had served me) insisted I was wrong and insisted I pay for the drinks.
