7. The minibar lock was broken, there were two garmet bags of cloths left in the closets, no shampoo, and the bed sheets were very old, worm with some stains, The dust ruffle looked like it had been splattered, probably the result of a recent carpet shampoo.

8. contrary to what was advertised, we did not have a mini fridge in our room (there was a broken, empty minibar which took up a lot of useless room), no safe, no fax modem.
