1. Parking is always a problem in NOLA but this hotel has no parking garage and the garage they use is over a block away and very hard to get in and out of.

8. After a protest I was moved to a handicapped accessible room with a black crusted showerhead and very hard beds.

10. Pros: Great location, reasonably priced, fresh towels daily, really clean as far as I could tell Cons: Small room, hard mattress, weird glass-brick thing on one wall that I didn't know what was on the other side :P.
