1. Despite the smell the rooms are clean and have the Sheraton sweet sleeper beds, which I find the most comfortable pillows in the industry.

3. My only negative is the room had a distinct smoking smell to it, even though it states the hotel is 100% non smoking and I had specifically requested a non-smoking room.

9. When I got to my floor there was a terrible smell that greeted me when I stepped off the elevator and the carpet down the hallway was in need of cleaning.
