The a/c didn't work that well in the sweltering Atlanta heat, the prices in the gift shop were way expensive, stairwells were kinda dirty, and when I left an item behind and called to ask for it to be mailed to me, I ended up having to pay $16 COD for the delivery service the hotel sent it through (and that only after I had to call a second time to ask if it had been mailed).

10. The room was like new - I have stayed at many different business hotels and this one felt like it had recently undergone an expensive room renovation (but luckily the prices sure didn't reflect it.
