1. My only negative is the room had a distinct smoking smell to it, even though it states the hotel is 100% non smoking and I had specifically requested a non-smoking room.

5. The only negative I would say is that their restaurant & room service menu is very limited and there aren't many restaurants within walking distance to the hotel, so you are limited to dining within the hotel.
