2. I am SPG Gold but was NOT given a room on the club floor as normally happens so did not get some of the SPG benefits which was disappointing however I was at the hotel for less than 8 hours total so not a huge deal but if I had been there longer I would not have been so happy.

3. Small restaurant was kind of a disappointment, however, the staff there made us feel very welcome - guess it was an 'off' night for the lounge/restaurant, but the room was spectacular.
