2. Metro is accessible from the Promenade level without going outside (if you know where to go - as coming here I exited at thye L'Enfant stop but inadvertantly exited at the wrong street entrance and had to wak a few blocks in the rain).

6. There is pretty much everything you,d need undeneath the hotel,ie shops food etc and even the METRO STATION,so you wont go far wrong if you choose this hotel.
