1. I think a card with instructions of how to get to the hotel from the street when checking in would solve this problem.

2. The only problems(if you would call them problems) is the hotel is not located by ANY restaurants or nightlife.

3. In the lobby and outside the hotel -- no problems, so I assume it was whatever the hotel put in the ventilation system that was causing the problem.

6. We continued to report this problem and finally we actually saw someone trying to fix it but obviously it is a much more serious matter because the drain still did not work.

9. I finally had to hang up and call back the next day to talk with the accounting department who fixed the problem in 5 mins.
