3. Pros:-Close to National Mall-Has Metro Stop-Nice lobby-Decently sized roomsCons:-Dated and deteriorating rooms-Unfriendly/unprofessional staff-Mysterious stains-Limited television-In business district (Limited restaurants/night entertainment)-Nickel and dime-ing-Bed bugs.

8. Like the first room the furnature was old, the chairs were clearly worn by the torn arm rests, the beds were soft but not even close to new, the cloth covered bench was stained as well as the old carpet.
