2. There was some peeling paint in the shower area and the beds where doubles not queens and the last night we where their high school kids where staying next door and kept us up until around 1am but to my surprise there was security posted in hallway that took care of the noise immediately.

Worse things more than the Good - hotel needs a serious update once you get out of the lobby and into the floors above the office building (yes the hotel is a major office complex) the wall paper is peeling, the ceiling is cracking, you can hear everything that the room upstairs does in the bathroom even down to the running water (walls are paper thin).

6. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off, mirror was losing the mirror tone (whatever that is called), and getting black spots on it, and there was a large water spot on the ceiling.

7. I can see where some might be a little disappointed with some nit-picking (some wallpaper peeling in the bathroom near the floor, a slight stain on the ceiling, etc), but I was pleasantly surprised with the room overall as it was not 'dirty' or 'dingy' as others had apparently experienced here.
