1. The only negative is finding the hotel from the street was daunting.

2. The hotel is nothing spacial but also nothing negative - the front desk was efficient, the rooms clean, there is a business center with free computers and Internet - you have to pay for WiFi.

7. negative - not much around for food in evenings other than hotel and the the promenade level shops are almost all closed - there are a few fast food places and a CVS but they close at 7pm - McDonald's is open until 8.

10. The real negative came at night, when construction was underway with rattling machinery and jackhammers right across the street from my room, beginning at 10 pm each night and lasting till early morning.
