1. The service was terrible, we sat for about 10 minutes before we were greeted; it took forever for the food to arrive and the food was pretty bad too.

4. Don't eat at the American Grill in the hotel for breakfast unless you just like bad food with freindly service not even if they offer it for free.

5. The first room we were given had a badly patched ceiling on the 15th floor (the 15th is the highest floor).
