3. When we called the front desk to discuss the matter we were rudely informed that there was no other room available and we needed to call back each day to see if one became available (no follow up on their part).

4. Our only real dud was visiting a restaurant on the riverwalk called Dick`s which carries a service theme of 'rude' - seriously.
